I am sure that this has been brought up many times before, But is Bobcad cad looking into a way to make the lead in a angle for the parameters stepover. like we get with a round pocket when we use spiral circular Pocket (for rectangler pockets)?

The below pocket pattern is 2 axis advanced pocket, morph spiral. Is this what you are looking for. It spirals outwarda.

avocamfg2006 Yes that is what we need on all (pocket and Side roughing opperations) tools do not like to feed in at a 90 deg angle.
Right.
The adaptive pattern works very nicely too, for taking deep cuts and especially on pocket corners.
