Here are a few photos of some of the parts I have made using BobCadCam V26 and my homebrew Bridgeport converted to 3 axis CNC. This one is made from Titanium.
Stainless steel and aluminum bike parts. The handles were 3d machined and then bent.
More aluminum bike parts.
This tiny part was challenging to say the least.
More aluminum parts. The hub was mostly done on manual lathe.
The scallops left by the ball mill were intentional.
This bike part was interesting, a steering arm with a twist in it.
More fun aluminum parts
The Z-axis for my Bridgeport. The rotary handle allows dis-connecting the lead screw for manual machining.
A heavy duty door hinge. Some steel, some aluminum.
