Hi,
using and understanding software are two different things. It’s just stupid when certain things can’t be explained during the demonstration/training.
And it becomes increasingly difficult when abbreviations are used that are not explained.
UCS … Universal Character Set?
DMS … Database Management System?
ARC … Audio Return Channel?
…
It would be very nice and helpful having a list of abbreviations. Advantageous if to the wording also a short explanation is given.
