Alex, We machine our own bend dies. I’m looking for a strategy for side milling a 1.25 dia tube groove using a .25 rad (.50 tube dia) convex side cutter. Using v25 I have to offset geometry for step overs & calculate up & down for Z. Is a 3D tool path available that will figure Z steps and X step ins from a solid model and the tool description?
