I ran a simulation and stopped before it was complete ALL geometry is gone - has happened before so saved under a new name
Whats really crazy is if I do another simulation it does it but I still cannot see the geometry. It will post too
I recommend calling into Support for this one so a tech can look at your system and determine what is happening. It may be an easy fix but it will be hard to diagnose over the forum.

Try selecting the geometry by dragging a window. I had the same issue. Somehow all my wire frame and surface geometry got set to my background color.
