Can someone tell me the advantages of having rhino, is it difficult to learn to use, where do I get it? Any help would be appreciated.

Rhino is a CAD-Program: https://www.rhino3d.com.
It has features over features and a lot of plugins (like the CAM part from BobCAD-CAM).
You can download Rhino and try the full version for 90 days.
It is not difficult to learn, but it takes time to get through the countless possibilities of operation and functions.
But it has an extremely good Rhino Documentation that helps out a lot.
For a quick jump in, I recommend to start with the ‘Modelling Aids’ section
