Breaking 3d edge

Lets say I mill a keyway into the side of a round bar along the axis. How would I go about breaking the resulting edge as it varies in Z height?
working with a solid model but the only option I see is engraving under mill 3D wire frame.
Can this be done under mill 3 axis without an actual chamfer being on the solid model.

I believe our deburring toolpath is what you are looking for. Here is a link to an older article about it.

Yes, This was a new feature in the V34 - 3 Axis Premium module

I have v 33 premium and use multiaxis morph between 2 surfaces. I cant post the video but Bobcad after dark has a youtube video (3 axis chamfer Bobcad Cam v28 Advanced surfacing)
