What should the user expect to happen to layering when performing File, Merge with a mulitlayer (DXF) file?
In V31, it places the merged geometry onto existing layers of the current drawing leading to disorganization and confusion as unrelated entities are merged together.
Is there a way to generate new layers to place the geometry on those instead of existing layers?
I have tried different file formats when merging and both licensed V31 and demo V35. I am interested in anyone’s comments, Thanks.
