I would like to have my BC open to a User Template every time I open the software instead of the New Document folder is there a way to make this happen?

This is a good request that we have discussed internally. I don’t recall at the moment where this lands in the dev priority listing but I can say that it makes sense and has been a topic of discussion.
Currently Dev has a lot of attention on things in the system that will greatly improve the user experience, and I definitely see the logic as to why this has some value. I’ll double check this request in the backlog and add some additional notes on ux value.
