RESOLVED "PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Our Ticket System is Currently Down"

Hello Everyone,

This is a public announcement to inform our customers that our ticket system is currently down. This means we will NOT receive any emails to support@bobcad.com and postdept@bobcad.com or ticket creations from our support site (bobcadsupport.com) at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to get the system back up and running.

In the meantime, you can still call our support line (727) 489 - 0003 if you need any further assistance and we are happy to help.

I will post any updates I get in this post here.

UPDATE (01/06/2022 9:00 AM): Our tech support team is now able to receive emails that come into support@bobcad.com. However, our ticket system is still down. The only way you are unable to contact us now is by trying to submit a ticket from our support site.

UPDATE (01/06/2022 2:00PM): WE ARE LIVE AGAIN!

Our ticket system is back up and running. You should now be able to contact support by Phone, Email or creating a ticket request.
