Hello yall!!
Im trying to save a boring bar model from Haas zip file into my tool library. I’ve downloaded and open it in bobcad already, but cant figure out how to add it to my tool library… Its requiring to open it as a different file from my understanding… I remember watching a video long ago on how to do it but cant remember how its called lol. Anyways any help on this would be much appreciated
You’re better off with a dxf. BobCad doesn’t load a solid model for tooling. You need the wireframe. You can extract the edges and create the profile from the wireframe. For the lathe it’s a bit tricky remembering everything you need to get it right. I’m sure Al made a video on the after dark channel or whatever it is now.
