Is there info for 3 axis deburring of a tube with thru holes and end cope / fish mouth? I’ve seen a video
showing it can be done but not the steps, in order, to accomplish. Using the demo with some success but
nothing consistent, although my wall now has a 3D pocket that perfectly fits my head.
Sample tube = 2.00 od X .065 wall X 4.00 long with multiple .625 id holes thru one side, 1.75 cope on
one end, and 15 deg angle on the other.
I have added a few other strategies to the example that can also be used in similar cases…

Eric how did you get the shape of your geometry.
Ok first a did Extract Edge to get a 3d wire fram the I did a 2d Offset. But the next job a tried this with it did not come out right.
Thats an add on I don’t want to pay for .
