Hello all, I am having a hard time getting the ball nose end mill to cut to the depth that is required. I have tried using a planar tool path but it just will not machine the whole radius.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Eric,
If you have Mill 3 Axis Pro you can use Advanced Planer, and on the options page for cutting extents, select 3D Extents.
