Just for a little fun, here is a short video that I made about 12 years ago for some classes I did at some local shops as an intro to the class.
At coffee break time we used to have a lightheated competition for the best “lead air guitarist”, “bass air guitarist” and “air drummer”, winners got the extra Donuts 
It did help to ease the pressure of learing something very new to the Machine Operators.
All really good fun, however if anyone has a problem then by all means feel free to delete the Post.
